DANIELSON ENGINEERING IS EQUIPPED WITH A SAND FOUNDRY OF LIGHT ALLOYS

After acquiring recognized expertise in the field of complex prototypes, the construction of a new building to the latest industrial standards in 2016 now allows us to produce complex parts in small series for the aerospace and defense sectors, as well as prototypes for the automotive and competition sectors.

A new milestone in Danielson’s development !

A new 3D printer has just been added to our foundry department.

This investment strengthens our production capabilities and enables us to respond more quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs.

This project was funded by the French Government as part of its economic recovery plan.

    The methods office, integrated into the foundry department, uses a completely digital approach to define the casting system that meets the most demanding criteria.     Danielson Engineering’s foundry has recognized expertise in the manufacture of complex prototype parts within controlled timelines, especially for the following sectors :

      Integration of all foundry professions (studies, low pressure or gravity casting, heat treatment, CND controls, dimensional control by scan) associated with the direct printing of sand moulds allows to drastically reduce the development times of parts “good process” and “good material”.
